Return & Exchange Policy

- Evergreen Farm & Ranch accepts returns or exchanges for any products that are damaged or defective.
- To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer support team at support@evergreenfarmandranch.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or defective product.
- Customers will be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging to facilitate the return / exchange process.
- At our discretion, customers may be asked to return the damaged or defective product. If the customer is asked to return the product, Evergreen Farm & Ranch will cover the cost of shipping for the return.
- Evergreen Farm & Ranch will either offer a replacement product or a refund for the damaged or defective product at our discretion.
- If a replacement product is offered, Evergreen Farm & Ranch will cover the cost of shipping for the new product.
- Customers who wish to exchange a damaged or defective product for a different product must return the original product to Evergreen Farm & Ranch before the new product is shipped. The cost of shipping the returned product is the responsibility of the customer.
- Evergreen Farm & Ranch reserves the right to investigate the matter and take appropriate action, including issuing a full or partial refund or replacement product, as well as pursuing legal action against any party involved in fraudulent activity.
- Evergreen Farm & Ranch gift certificates are not eligible for return or replacement.

- If asked by the company to return the product, customers must agree to follow the directions outlined in the return policy, including taking reasonable action to coordinate return shipping.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. If asked by Evergreen Farm & Ranch to return the product, at the company’s discretion it may take up to 5 business days after the company receives the product return for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

- Evergreen Farm & Ranch gift certificate are not be eligible for a refund, except in instances of fraud.
- Refunds for purchases marked as a gift on the original purchase order will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate.
